Any request for exchanges must be  made within 3 days of receiving your order. Any request made after 3 days , maybe subject to denial, but not limited to.

 Returned items must be in the original packaging  and unworn , along with tags still attached! Any items received that show signs of wear and tag removal will not be approved!

-Shipping fees are non-refundable, You will receive store credit for merchandise only!

-Claims for defective items must be sent to us via email along with photos to approve store credit.

Processing/Shipping/Cancellation

 

 Order Processing- All orders take 1-2 to process and once we have processed them , we will items with 1 business day. We will try to ship orders out same day if purchased before 5pm.

Please note once an order has been shipped you will not be able to cancel it only return using the above guideline.

 

Please make sure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order, in the event you had incorrectly put in a wrong address, simply contact us either email or by chat messenger and we will do our best to make changes for you.

 

Standard shipping can take 2-7 business days to arrive once shipped. This is just an estimate not a guarantee, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.  

   

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please follow up with the United States Postal Service. 

 

Thebellamarieboutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to an address entered on your order. 

Upon inquiry, THEBELLAMARIEBOUTIQUE will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

How to return? 

Contact us and once approved , you will be sent instructions and an address to return the items. Please place your receipt in the package upon shipping if one was sent to you.
